MyPlanningPlace.com is clean and user friendly: we do not sell banner ads and unlike other websites, there are no pricing tiers ~ it is all one basic package, with additional marketing opportunities of course! The binders, albums, photos, etc. are displayed at each open house/workshop.

Basic Sponsorship: $100/year	Add-ons: available only with Basic Package
Online web listing & links: an extensive profile that includes business name, contact email, phone, weblink, areas/regions you service, a PDF brochure download, and a brief description.	Exhibit at additional Workshops: includes one exhibit table (size dependent on location); limited to three vendor exhibits per workshop and base don availability, additional $50/workshop
Vendor & Location Binders: provide to us up to 10 pages (8.5"x11") to insert in binders for guests to browse. Each vendor category (i.e. Florists & Decor) has a binder full of Colorado vendor information. Make sure you are included. This benefits brides because they have tons of information at their fingertips when searching for a vendor.	Supply your Company's Individual Binder: create your own binder to display, 1 per vendor, additional $50
Goodie Bags & Distribution: include your business card and swag in a goodie bag, given to brides when they visit, plan & workshop. We encourage you to provide items other than a brochure or sales kit, such as pens, keychains, etc. Limit of 1 self-contained piece: Examples: your b-card, pen and promotional note cards describing your services in a decorative mesh bag (self contained); or, the traditional sales kit in a folder (self contained).	Supply a Coffee Table Album: provide your own coffee table book, 1 per vendor, additional $50
Leads (at a bride's/guest's request): generated through our website and in-workshops visits	Additional Category Listing: each additional vendor type per business, additional $50/year
Choice of one: exhibit at a workshop (limited to 3 vendors/workshop & based on availability); display your company's own binder; display a coffee table photo album	Additional Goodie Bag Item: each additional goodie bag item after your complimentary first piece, additional $50/workshop

FREE: relief from the economy! Send us one copy of your brochure (please, no menus or documents over 5 pages) and one copy of your business card ~ we'll display it in our studio vendor binders, which are also taken to the open houses/workshops, free for up to a year. Note: this does NOT include goodie bags, website links/contact information, listings on downloads, leads (when appropriate), or any of the items mentioned above. You are considered a "non-sponsor". You may also email your PDF brochure files or JPGs (photographer's credit required; no close-up pictures of individuals per privacy).
